Monday-Wednesday 5am-1pm + 4pm-7:30pm, Thursday-Friday 5am-1pm + 4pm-6:30pm, Saturday 7am-10am
A Burn Boot Camp workout is 45 minutes and includes an active warm-up, a challenging workout (scalable to all fitness levels), and a finisher. We feature a proprietary floating floor, one on one focus meetings, free yoga, and complimentary childwatch. We never do the same workout twice, and our certified personal trainers and empowering community of like-minded people will be sure to greet you and make you feel at home and supported every step of the way.
